The Halloween window painting contest is a Scarsdale tradition dating back many decades. Each year, hopeful kids grab their palettes and do their best to create standout artwork. It’s well worth walking around downtown to see all the clever and beautiful paintings, but if you don’t have the time, here’s a small gallery of what’s on display.
