Fans of cuddly-soft cashmere goods, you’ll flip over this news: A temporary cashmere sale just opened on Christie Place where Bank of America used to be. The Insider peered inside, and the store seems like the perfect place to snag some holiday gifts—or gift yourself with just what you want to wear in the cooler weather.

Soft launch  A peek inside revealed a variety of snuggly sweaters.

As of Thursday, there seemed to be confusion about the date and times the store will be open, as conflicting information was posted on the windows. The shop most likely opened its doors yesterday or today, and will apparently close on Saturday, December 21st. The hours are 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and noon-5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

An open-and-shut case  Although this sign in the window says the store opened on October 18th, another promises an opening date of October 24th, which seems to be correct.

Will the pop-up be a success? “They have these temporary stores sometimes where I live,” said one NYC dweller visiting the ‘Dale. “People lose their minds.”
